I had an amazing experience at this hotel, highlighted by a kind welcome from Veli, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The spacious and clean rooms were a delight, along with the excellent gym and spa facilities. However, my experience was tainted by the lack of non-smoking rooms, which was a huge disappointment for my foreign clients. Overall, the service was top-notch, but the smoke issue is certainly something to address.
